本機(jī)用于有刷轉(zhuǎn)子的自動(dòng)平衡，全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)加工流程，即鏈條傳送到送料工位，機(jī)械手工位轉(zhuǎn)換，初測(cè)轉(zhuǎn)子不平衡量，自動(dòng)找位自動(dòng)切削，復(fù)測(cè)合格轉(zhuǎn)子流出，不良品送到次品槽等一系列自動(dòng)化流程。彩色觸控人機(jī)界面，全伺服運(yùn)動(dòng)控制，高精密度，高效率，高品質(zhì)，自動(dòng)化程度高，前端可接精車機(jī)后端可接裝配機(jī)等轉(zhuǎn)子自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。

This machine is used for automatic balancing of brushed rotors. After replacing the tooling, it can balance a variety of rotors. It can store various rotor system parameters. This machine provides highly automatic processing, that is, the rotor is transferred to the feeding station, the mechanical arm does position conversion, the initial measurement of the rotor unbalance is taken, the automatically position and cut, transport the qualified rotor after re-testing, the defective products are sent to the defective tank and other series of automated processing. This machine uses color touch man-machine interface, full servo motion control, high precision, high efficiency, high quality, high degree of automation, front end can be connected to the turning machine, the rear end can be connected to the assembly machine or other automatic rotor production line.
