本機是精密車削電機換向器外徑的專用設(shè)備。采用進口PLC程控，觸摸屏修改參數(shù)，雙刀車削，粗車精車一次性完成，伺服電機控制走刀速度，車削均勻穩(wěn)定，三菱變頻無級調(diào)速，硬質(zhì)合金V形塊支撐轉(zhuǎn)子軸，軸承檔有自動噴油裝置，百分表顯示進刀車削量，配置高硬度寶石刀頭，皮帶摩擦轉(zhuǎn)子外圓自動車削，所有動作一次完成，人工上下工件，操作簡單方便。
