本機(jī)是精密車削電機(jī)外圓外徑的專用設(shè)備。采用2個(gè)伺服電機(jī)，日本三菱控制器，中文彩色觸摸屏，車削外圓刀具，采用寶石精車刀，“V”型塊采用寶石或軸承，噴油裝置潤(rùn)滑支架轉(zhuǎn)軸，旋轉(zhuǎn)皮帶壓迫轉(zhuǎn)子磨擦傳動(dòng)，配合直線滾珠導(dǎo)軸和滾珠絲桿，進(jìn)行x軸向精密走刀和y伺服系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)進(jìn)刀，一次裝上工件可實(shí)現(xiàn)一次或多次精車同次完成，是目前性能可靠，生產(chǎn)效率高的新穎車削機(jī)床。
