本是專為各類電機(jī)定子插紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)制作，廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車電機(jī)等各種定子插紙專用設(shè)備，是一種經(jīng)濟(jì)、快速、高效可靠的專用插紙?jiān)O(shè)備。采用三菱變頻調(diào)速技術(shù)控制三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)拖動(dòng)系列機(jī)械機(jī)構(gòu)完成插紙動(dòng)作，二個(gè)伺服電機(jī)控制定子分度和送紙, PLC控制, 觸摸屏顯示器。采用變頻器無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，伺服電機(jī)控制分度，伺服送紙，機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)筒單，通用性強(qiáng)。

It is an economical, fast, efficient and reliable special paper inserting equipment. Using Mitsubishi variable frequency speed control technology to control the three-phase asynchronous motor drag series mechanical mechanism to complete the paper insertion action. It adpots two servo motors to control the stator indexing and paper feeding, PLC and touch screen display. It adopts stepless speed regulation of frequency converter, servo motor to control indexing and paper feeding, simple mechanical structure, and strong versatility.
