ZZ-1 S/B  Shaped PaperAuto-Inserting Machine

本機(jī)適用于起動(dòng)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子S形或B形絕緣紙的自動(dòng)成形以及自動(dòng)切斷插入的專(zhuān)用設(shè)備。采用三菱PLC程控，觸摸屏顯示器修改參數(shù)，將卷筒狀定寬絕緣紙自動(dòng)加溫，成形固化后定長(zhǎng)自動(dòng)切斷插入定子槽，手動(dòng)上下工件，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便，一人可操作多臺(tái)設(shè)備。

Suitable for starting the motor rotor S-shaped or B-shaped insulation paper automatic molding and automatic cut-off insertion.Adopting Mitsubishi PLC control and touch screen display to modify the parameters, the paper will automatically heat up the fixed width insulating paper. After the forming and curing, the fixed length will be cut off and inserted into the stator slot automatically. The upper and lower workpieces can be operated manually and easily.
